I get asked a lot do you always need a full Head of extensions...

The answer is no, often with hair already at shoulder length you can go to 18" with a 3/4 head of extensions in.

You only really need a full head of extensions if your hair is above the shoulders and want it 18" or longer or you want extra thick/long (beyond 20") hair.

Another thing to consider is the size of your head, small to medium heads will only have space for a certain amount of hair without causing tangling problems or discomfort.

Less is more, you can always add more in at a later stage until you get used to caring for your new hair.
